Rimbalzello Adventure Park is open to everybody from age 4 (minimum height 100 cm). Before accessing the trails it is MANDATORY to: Pass by the cashier’s desk — Read, understand and sign the regulations herewith — Pick up the DPI to use on the trails (no personal DPI can be used) — Attend the safety briefing — Follow trail “0” and “Training Trail” under the instructors’ supervision (compulsory for everybody)
Instructors have the duty and the right to suggest to visitors not to undertake the trail or to prevent visitors from accessing, should they deem it opportune.
After successfully undertaking the “training trail” visitors can access the Adventure park “Rimbalzello Adventure”, at their own responsibility.
Safety carabineers MUST remain connected to the safety steel cable AT ALL TIMES.
Each challenge passage can be undertaken only by one person at the time.
Each platform can hold only by one person at the time.
It is FORBIDDEN to swing or shake the challenge passages, as well as to throw any objects.
The organization reserves the right to request visitors to leave the Adventure park “Rimbalzello Adventure” in case of violation of the regulations or clear inability (be it physical or mental) to undertake the trails, or show dangerous act for anybody or himself.
DPI can be used for 4h tops 8 (half day).
Appropriate shoes are required, such as trainers, sandals (closed on the toes and on the heel), or boots. No flip flops or slippers can be used. Long hair needs to be tied back. Tiny objects, such as phones, cameras, jewelry, etc. are not allowed on the trail, or must be carried into closed pockets,
Visitor declare not to have any problems managing heights or any other health problems, including drug or alcohol abuse, which may be of obstacle to keeping a clear head.
Minors are allowed to visit the park only accompanied by an adult.
The organization reserves the right to stop the visits, whether necessary for safety precautions
The entrance fee is not refund in case of voluntary exit of the Adventure park or for safety reason if half of the trail is been done.
Pets are allowed at a short leash and under owner control and responsibility.
“GardaPark Srl” declines any responsibility for objects lost or stolen in the park
Adults are responsible for informing visitors younger than 18 about the regulations herewith, and sign it for them (Name, Family Name and contact number of the adult must be written on the regulation’s form). The signature confirms that the visitor has read all instructions and rules and understands that the use of the Adventure Park is under her/his responsibility.
Kids under 120cm must have one adult to cooperate on the Yellow trail. Kids under 140cm must have one adult together on the blue trail. All kids under 18 must have an adult to respond for them
Last admission allowed no later than 1h before closin gtime.
Under my responsibility I declare I have read this rules form, fully understand its terms, understand that at every step of the park I have to give my total attention to my actions and those of the children with me; I understand that the risk of injury involved in this program is very high and could cause permanent or fatal injuries given by falling from height.
